Ok so i know the Asus rampage II extreme is probably better than the Bloodrage. But i was Wondering Is that 110$ worth going to the Rampage II or just stick with the Bloodrage with a Core i7 920 probably overclocked to like 4ghz or something around there. Just trying to plane out my next build seeing if that 110$ is worth the performance or is a Bloodrage a good buy.

I looked over both the Bloodrage and the Rampage 2 Extreme before building my i7. I ended up choosing the Rampage 2 Extreme. The Bloodrage, at least at that time, didn't have as good a BIOS, nor as easy a BIOS to work with. Also, the Bloodrage only allowed for three sticks of ram, while the Rampage allowed six sticks of ram. last, and you might not care about it but I did, the Rampage had a better sound card from the factory.

Finally, a friend of mine did get a Bloodrage. After cussing it for a couple months, he sold it and bought a Rampage 2 Extreme.

Now this is only what I observed and my 2 cents worth of observations. In my experience, the extra money for the Rampage was worth it. Others may have a different opinion.
