Do you mean that you have "cooked" your BIOS when flashing ?
There are ways to recover. Please post what you have: mobo model, etc.
1. DOS-FDD auto boot flash will sometimes work for the disfunctioning.
(DFI and GA have this setup).
2. If PnP BIOS chip, buy replacement for your mobo from mfgr....email support.
3. Newer mobos have BIOS recovery, dual, etc....read the mobo manual.
