Hey. Yesterday i had tried to copy some hotos on my USB flash drive ( kingston 8gb) but thew windows xp gave me an error (Windows has delayed to copy the files) than the computer freeze. I Have restarted it than when it he didn't recognize my usb flash data drive; In device manager Is writed: generic usb mass storage usb drive. When i tri to populate at capacity is written 0 and status: no media. Is same thing at all computers i had tryed,vista, xp or wind 7. Sorry for my writening, english isn't my native language. Will any of the PC's allow you to format it either via the device manager or my computer?
