hmm Ok thanks, ill probably get some. Though what i was going to do was since they're both on top of each other id have the bottom one extract air from the gpu and the top intake air, would that work fine? Cause i have the TwinFrozer II on the gpu and that pumps alot of hot air into the case

Theres a 120 intake at the front, a 120 extract at the back, in the roof a 170 extract, the two vortexs' would be on the side panel, one at the height of the cpu cooler and one at the height of the gpu/psu

i dont know how powerful that 170 is but there is nothing like a good fan controller and what you can do with it,there is no specs( RPM) on that golf ball fan ,but looking at the blades ,it will move some air
EDIT;1200rpm..little low

"So would you have both side 140s as intakes?"- YES

I'm not familiar with the peculiar one,the only reason i linked you with ModRight FilterRight is the ease of use (metal screen) i just wipe it with my finger, but any filter is better then no filter at all (make sure it wont restrict the air flow)

The fan is meh, at full speed there is a humming noise which personally annoys me, wheres as at low speed the air flow is very minimal. Im going to look around and try something else.

Thank you for reporting back ,glad i did't buy them (some mnf. will try anything to push the product out the door)

I only heard about them because the CustomPC magazine used them on heatsinks that came without fans, i was only able to get one anyway, seems they've been discontinued.

Do you know any good alternatives?

I end up buying this fan for 140MM rad ,it's not the best" looking girl "but she sure knows how to move :sol:  could be audible if you don't own a fan controller
