I have an HP computer. It has the stock case,I guess here are the specs.
E6400 Core 2 Duo 2.13 GHz
2GB ram, Slow speed. Will be upgrading.
680 Watt PSU
XFX 250 GTS 512MB
320 GB HDD
Windows Vista Home Premium SP1
Intel i945P/PL/G/GZ (BIOS BRAND: Phoenix technologies,LDT V5.10 Date: 1/30/2007)
I want to know what cpu's my motherboard can support. And also what ram is supported?

The board and VRM design primarily determine CPU support, not the chipset. Looking at the chipset docs won't tell you what your board can or cannot handle. To determine that, we need a model number to identify the motherboard.
