Deciding on motherboard

So I'm finally ready to put a new PC together and I've decided on the new i5 processor. I'm having trouble deciding on a motherboard.

The two I'm looking at are:

&

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128401

What is the actual difference between these two boards? Minus a few added slots is it worth paying $30 extra for the 2nd board listed?

Feel free to chime in with personal experiences with GIGABYTE boards or if you have any recommendations on different boards.

Thanks,
Mike

More about deciding motherboard
  1. The 8 phase power on the second board might provide more stability when overclocking. The first board for $109 is on sale with the core i5 750 for $289 in today's Fry's ad, but it's in store only.
