So I'm finally ready to put a new PC together and I've decided on the new i5 processor. I'm having trouble deciding on a motherboard.

The two I'm looking at are:

&

What is the actual difference between these two boards? Minus a few added slots is it worth paying $30 extra for the 2nd board listed?

Feel free to chime in with personal experiences with GIGABYTE boards or if you have any recommendations on different boards.

Thanks,
Mike

The 8 phase power on the second board might provide more stability when overclocking. The first board for $109 is on sale with the core i5 750 for $289 in today's Fry's ad, but it's in store only.
