I just built my new computer and I'm having trouble with the CPU. It is only running at half capacity--I think because it is running at 93 degrees. I didn't overclock and I'm using the heatsink that was included with the processor. I thought I may not had set it correctly so I tried to reset it but it wouldn't stick directly to the PCU anymore. What should I do to fix this? The heatsink seems a bit weird to me.
