Looking for a new heatsink

My CPU has been running quite hot lately (I am using the stock heatsink/fan that came with it) so I was hoping someone could suggest an inexpensive heatsink that is compatible with my cpu which is a AMD Athlon II X3 440 Rana 3.0GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Desktop Processor.

Hyper 212+ is the best option if you can remove the mobo for backplate installation... otherwise go for Cooler Master Hyper TX3 for $16 at this or this place... (assuming you are at stock speeds)...
