Suggest hardware

I am planning for a small business which needs a server. Application is internet based and there will be heavy file uploads and downloads. Can some one suggest a suitable hardware? I am planning for windows server software

I'd pick something like this:

Q8200 (a quad helps if you have lots of threads going on in parallel)
GA-EP45-UD3P (very stable, and it has two LAN chipsets)
WD 640 Caviar Black (or the 1TB version) - as many as needed
Corsair 650TX (very reliable)
CoolerMaster RC-690 (big)
HD 4650 (I'm assuming you don't need a gaming card)

I forgot the RAM - add some 2x2GB DDR2-800. Preferably 2 sets. Here's a good one:

You don't need an aftermarket cooler IMO. That's only needed for overclocking, and I never recommend overclocking business machines.
