nevomedia player problem: it doesn't work

I've recently purchased an IPAQ rx3715 and I don't manage to use the
nevomedia player. The problem is that this program doesn't start: when
I clic on its icon in start menu, the mouse icon changes to a clock
for some seconds (as it was opening the program) but after this it
does nothing, mouse icon changes again to an arrow and nothing
happens. I've installed the patch for media companion to support WM10,
but it continues the same way.
Nevomedia server starts rigth, but no sign of the player.

Any idea?
