Add/Remove Program will not open

No matter what I do the Add/Remove will not open. It acts like it is not there.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW

Hi!
Try directlly from Start>Run and type appwiz.cpl and Enter
Or try this
Strat>run
Type gpedit.msc and go to administrative templates>control panel>add or remove
See the settings in there.


If that didn't help, download Tune up utilities until U find another solution . It has a section similar to add/remove in windows.
