Which one is better in Crysis? I am assuming crysis is the standard for benching these days. Would coming from a 8800gts 320mb be worth it?My 8800gts 320mb still doesn't make Crysis enjoyable even at medium at 1280 x 1024. Would SLi 8800gts 320mb be better than either of these cards? Are these cards just ways better especially the 4870 since it has 1 GB GDDR5?

thank you

Keep in mind a GTX 260 is a viable "enemy" to the 4870.....now are you planning on upgrading that monitor anytime soon? if so you will want more then 512mb of vram

And im not sure if you would be interested but if you are id love to have your 8800gts to go in my secondary cheapo rig :D

I went with a GTX 260 for my 1680x1050 monitor and its performed great so far...if i could go back i would probably have bought evga or i may have swayed to the 4870 just to have the ATI name...either card performs great and they are quite equal...one will play this game with 2-5 fps more and vice versa...
