Memory timing question

i overclocked my core 2 duo E7200 to 3.5 GHz but im getting an error on the stress test(prime95), i heard it could be the memory timing, i only overclocked the CPU and nothing more, what memory timings should i use?

corrent memory timings:

MSI P7N SLI FI AMI BIOS 2.2(latest)
(2)corsair 400MHz mixed with micron technology 333 MHz(2) = 4GB
550 watt ultra psu

What's your FSB 368ish? One set of your ram seems to be running higher than it's rated to run. You should try to relax the ram timings(your link didn't work for me)and maybe give them +.5 on the voltage.
