Memory timings

Hi all,

I need some help with my memory timings. I have an Corsair XMS3 dhx 1333mhz ram CM3X2G1333c9DHX. The current timings on auto are
668mhz
3:10
9-9-9-25-34
2T

However when i look at spd in cpu-z, JEDEC #4 provides
685MHz
9-9-9-26-35
which is actually 1370MHz.

Is there something wrong?
Is my default ram timings messed up?

I can configure it manually but when i configure it to the ratings on JEDEC #4 my pc would crash during prime95

owh, i am using cpu z and it show the same thing. you should see at the M.I.T in the bios, it is better

CPU-Z and the BIOS determine RAM speed differently. CPU-Z uses the RAM frequency. The BIOS uses the RAM clock.

CPU-Z 685 MHz is the same as BIOS 1370 MHz.

I have a 1600 Mhz ram gkiill DDR3 i set the multiplier to 10 and all the timing to auto and I reached 1600 Mhz in CPUz
