No, actually it wouldn't. If you check out the specs on the drive he references you'll find it is a sata notebook drive. That plus he also indicates mounting into a 1u rackmount chassis. A horse of a different color, but can be done.

I am working on something similar (that's how I came across this thread), but with a slimline, slot-loading, ide drive.
