I am looking at maybe buying a new cooler case and i cant decide between
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=1037111049F and
http://ncix.com/products/index.php [...] OLERMASTER
does anyone have any ideas? also i've been looking at the http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicat [...] No=3761586 motherboard as an upgrade

Right now i have a stock acer aspire ase700 upgraded with a 850 corsair power supply and a big 8800gts 640mb I can decide whether to go with the full tower case or the mid tower with better fan control

Why do you think you might need a full tower case?
The CM HAF 932 @ $172 @ DirectCanada vs $180 @ NCIX - Always be sure to compare shipping costs too.

You can spend a LOT less and still get a great case. CM Centurion 590 $75 or CM RC-690 $86

I just thought biggger case means more cooling and less problems cooling is a problem with my current case and that's why I'm looking fir a new one. Do you think I could do with just a midtower?

A high quality mid-tower (Antec 900 or similar quality) would be a great choice even with two high-power GPUs.
Going from your Acer case to a mid-ATX is a bigger jump in size than going from a mid-ATX to a full tower case:

ACER E700 14.6" x 7.2" 17.9" (ATX mini-tower - probably just 1 80mm or 92mm fan? no room for a 2nd fan?)
CM Centurion 590 17.3 x 8.3" x 20.1" (ATX mid-tower 2 x 120mm fans included - room for 6 more) CM 590 review
Antec 900 19.4'' x 8.1'' x 18.4'' (ATX mid-tower - 3 x 120mm & 1 200mm fan included - room for more) Antec 900 review
CM RC-690 20.7" x 8.4" x 19" (ATX mid-tower - 3 x 120mm fans included - room for 4 more) CM RC-690 review
CM HAF 932 22.7" x 9" x 21.5 (ATX full-tower - 3 x 230mm and 1 140mm fans included - room for more) CM HAF 932 review

Usually a even a medium quality case has no problem removing the warm air inside the case for the other parts of the cooling system (CPU and GPU coolers) to work effectively. Better cases have the ability to adjust fan speeds but you could add a fan controller to almost any case. Cases with bigger fans usually have them turning slower.
