Software for free agent go flex drive

the software on my Freeagent GoFlex Desk hard drive has been deleted.

and i do not know how to get it back.


I cannot put files or anything on there i need the installation sotfare its for a windows xp comeputer

Yeah, I already emailed them as they only have the download for Mac and I need windows xp. But they haven't helped. So I'm after download links. But thank you

Is the drive recognized in bios and XP ?
If you right click my Computer, explore, do you see the drive ?

Someone at Seagate is pulling your chain, or this article by seagate is bogus. If you contact them by email and provide your drive serial number, they say they will provide a link to the software in their return email.
