Replacement needed for INTEL D945GNT motherboard.

Need similar size and shape motherboard to fit existing tall tower case. 3Ghz INTEL cpu, 4 GBYTE RAM. Now, only hear 3 long beeps at startup, cannot run BIOS.

Either the ram or the video card is dead or problematic. Try booting with a different set of ram and video card.
