Bios Flash, Programs not reading right.

I have a Gigabyte Ga-K8nsc-939 , i flashed my bios and im sure i did it right but programs like everst and CPUz dont read the updated version. Before i flashed it was f6, i flashed to F9a i think it is. The flash took like 3sec. My first bios flash so im not sure how long it normally takes. Everything running great, no probs at all compared to before. But Everest and CPUZ both still read it as F6 but when i boot up it reads as F9a and the bios says its F9a. Not sure why its reading as 2 diff vrs, would this be somthing i need to try to fix or just leave it be?
