Error code 80048820

I have tried uninstall with WLMUninstaller. It doesn't do the job.

I reinstalled WLM but I still get error 80048820.

I have tried many different things. I even ran ERROREND to fix the registry.

What can you suggest to get my WLM working again?

When I click WLM I get the correct sign in page with my correct picture but that is as far as I get.

PS: Stay away from running Registry Cleaners. Majority of Techs advise not to use them (Snakeoil) !
