I need a inexpensive Motherboard (Socket 775)

Trying to put an HTPC machine with the parts I have laying around. I will use either a Core2Duo e4300 that overclocks insanely easily or a P4 3.4Ghz. I have 1GB (2x512) ddr2 667 and 512 (2x256) ddr2 533 of memory laying around so 4 DDR2 slots preferred, but I can got with 2. I want to turn this into a HTPC SO I need ether a min of on board 7100 nvidia graphics w/hdmi OR i can toss in a $35 HDMI card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814125251. I have a 500GB Sata in my machine I can transfer over.

I was going to get this but it went "unavailable." Trying to stay under $50.

More about inexpensive motherboard socket
  1. I use this board for most low cost PCs. Has the video, doesn't need a graphics card, will take any old stuff the user has around lol.

Its $70, not $50, but you will recognize the manufacturer's name as a mobo maker :)

  2. Get a cheaper motherboard then add a graphics card, but don't settle for HD 4350 when you can get the vastly superior HD 4650 for roughly the same price:

    ASUS Radeon HD 4650 512MB DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 - $33.00 AR

    POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 4650 512MB DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 - $41.00 AR

It doesn't make much sense to spend a premium for the premium integrated graphics when $25 ~ $35 graphics cards are superior to any current integrated graphics.
