Build a New System - Advice on Components

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: 2 weeks BUDGET RANGE: $1000

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: moderate gaming

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: OS, KB, Mouse, Monitor

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: I like newegg.com

PARTS PREFERENCES: I was thinking of using the Antec 1200 case, love the cooling capabilities and look of that case. Drawback is its $179.99 - any options that look and cool just as nice?

Also like the Asus P5Q3 Mobo. Was thinking of overclocking a Q9550 Intel Processor, any thoughts?

OVERCLOCKING: Yes SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe in the future with upgrades.

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 24 Lcd - 1920 x 1080

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Dont think I need to use sli or crossfire at this point so Video card is up in the air for me.....want the option to go to that if I choose in the near future. Also looking to make sure the systems runs very cool and is quiet, and looks great :-)

Why switch the case? I understand the video card upgrade, not sure I need that beefy of a card. I only play online MMO so they arent that crazy on graphics.

One thing - I am considering making this, well not considering I want to make this an HTPC box now and using my 1080p 57" TV as the monitor.

I mean most of these products could be used just need to change the case really. Also would I still be able to overclock in an HTPC case or are there ones with great cooling that are still quiet?
