I am building mine right as I type.

When securing the CPU into the MB, how tight should the spring clamp be to tighten down?

It seems like you have to exert a lot of pressure. Any feedback appreciated.

Thats normal, it almost seems like it is going to break, but it won't, as long as the cpu is oriented correctly it will be fine
