4850x2 temps

I just got my Phenom II X3 720 BE and 4850 x2 1GB overclocked stably and after several configs, decided on Win 7 7000, CCC 9.3, and am using a Barracuda 7200.9 160GB IDE HDD right now. (On a side note, my RAID array freezes my PC consistently with 2 1TB Caviar Greens. Motherboard controller, hard drive, or OS (Win 7)). So I ran Vantage, as my goal is to get as high a Vantage score as possible. I got 11162, after a 9975 score at stock. The problem, is the temperatures. I've been working a lot on good case cooling. (Another side note, the age old question of NZXT Tempest vs. Antec 900 is solved as far as cooling. The nzxt cannot touch Antec's even using all the Antec 900 fans except the 200mm top one. I believe it has to do with the top fans. 2 140mm fans can't get near the 200mm big boy on airflow simply based on the area of 2 140mm circles vs 1 200mm circle. 2*(.7^2)*pi = 2*.49 pi = .98 pi. (1^2)*pi = 1pi. Also the 140mm fans on the NZXT suck!)

Okay, after running Vantage, my top GPU temps were
GPU0 (675/1075) = Core 64C Max, Memory 89C
GPU1 (675/1015) = Core 102C Max, Memory 125C

I've never seen it this high, and GPU0 max temp is very good. (Norm max is around 81) It never artifacted though it probably wanted to lay down and cry. (literally boil water on that biotch)

What's going wrong? I have great case cooling, as I've been working on it for about 24hrs. The shroud just came off the 4850x2, and I'm crossfiring with CCC. can't think of anything else, it was the complete vantage advanced test.
