Dell optiplex gx270 bios setup password

Hi i got a dell optiplex from freecycle recently to test overclocking techniques and i went into bios only to find that it won't boot and it won't let me into setup w/o a password, and i have already removed the cmos battery and there doesn't appear to be a jumper to move. any help is appreciated (i have tried Dell and dell passwords)
