Hey guys, i really need help!

i have this system..

mobo: ASUS P5K DELUXE/WIFI-AP LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard
cpu: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor
memory: CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory
power suply: 400 w
video card: XFX 8600GT Fatal1ty Professional Series 256mb
hard drive: 300gb IDE


and i want to make an upgrade...

i already bought new:
memories - OCZ Fatal1ty Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

and a new HARD DRIVE - Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST3500418AS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM


and now i want to know from you guys...
i want to buy this video card: EVGA 512-P3-N884-AR GeForce 9800 GTX+ Superclocked Edition 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

and this power suply: CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Retail


i want to know..if the configs are good, if no, please give me some hints.. i have $200 to spend!

and i will upgrade my processor later.. or you guys recomend to upgrade the processor first?

Do you think it is gonna be a good machine?

you dont have any hints? like something to change..or something..?

and talking about the 9800gtx+, you think im not gonna lose power, changing the videocard, from EVGA, to XFX?

Very good suggestions from xthekidx.
The psu recommendations are good also, but the corsair 650 is very good.
