I simply cannot find the audio or ethernet drivers for this old board, they seemingly do not exist anywhere! Any help?

This is so stupid.. I've been searching all day! How can a manufacturer only supply a chipset and USB driver for a mobo that has audio and ethernet as well.. frack!@!@
