Usb can not find after virus attack then clean up

Hello,
My computer got virus,then recovery it but now non of usb ports working. I try to find Usb port in computer device but non sight of them. How to fix?

Maybe a major chipset driver was a victim of the clean up. Did your motherboard come with a driver CD? If not, open the box and look for the motherboard make and model then Google for a driver or go to the maker's website.
