hi have got a sapphire pure crossfire 790gx mobo... cant update the bios, pretty sure its me being thick, the update is done via dos... so ive got this file i need to execute in dos... flash.bat how the hell do i do it???? please help

Did you make the the diskette bootable.

There may be a link on the motherboard to stop the BIOS from being changed, consult your motherboard manual.
