Cpu temp help

I have a dell inspiron 518 with a intel E2220@2.2ghz and the idle temp i get from speed fan is 85c and i look at cpuz and it list each cores temp at like core:0 at 33c and core:1 at 35c, everthing is stock for the cpu i have a window mod with two fans and also a 8800gts also i have two more fans in the front of the case mounted to push air on to the cpu and video card. since i put the two fans in the front my 8800 went from 68c idol all the way up to 89 or 90 load and now 61c idol and like 72c after crysis for a hour.also its oced.so what i trying to figure out is what temp should my cpu be at all i keep reading about the conroes it is hould be around 65c and i just dont know if i sould buy a new cooler or add thermal paste or its fine?
