HI

I recently purchased a CPU with the following configuration
1. Intel Core 2 Duo E7400
2. ASUS P5KPL-AM/PS (Intel G31 based)
3. DDR2 800MHz 2GB

The system works fine in this configuration. I have loaded Windows Vista Home Basic.

But when I insert a Zotax NVidia 8400GS based Graphics card, the system initially powers on but after a few seconds the unit switches off.

I request help in resolving the issue

Power supply spec?

400W. To verify whether the power source was an issue I even disabled the DVD Writer and HDD and still faced the issue
