I’m looking to setup my old PC to my Sony KLV-L32M1 LCD TV and I would ideally like to do it over Component video. Now I can get a VGA to Component cable but I’ve been told this might not be enough and that the graphics card I use has to support component video over VGA. How do I check my video card will do this?

For the record the video card in question is a Geforce FX5600.
