I got an error while installing win7 and had to back out.. during the expanding windows files step. When I go back into install again. at the point where it tells you to select where to install it now shows 100mb of unallocated space as disk0 and 600bg of partition 1. How do I get back to just having the one option during the first install where it only was showing the one 600gb un-allocated drive 0 to install upon? Do I just format the newly created, empty, 600gb partion 1 or delete it under the advanced menu during the win7 install process? Thanks.

Choose Custom installation

One by one Delete both partitions.

Then it will show you a single unallocated partition, select it and click Next.
(windows will create the partitions for you).

Keep in mind it will re-create that 100mb partition. This is used for 7's integrated diagnostics tools for things like startup repairs... etc. The 100MB partition is hidden though, so you will only see one partition in the Computer folder.
