Will this Power Supply work with this Graphics Card ?

I have a Dell Dimension 2400 with a 200 Watt power supply (this one http://www.ayagroup.com/product.php?productid=17119 ) I'am looking to get a Graphics Card , this one (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=3301409&sku=E145-6202&srkey=256-P1-N399-LX)

Will my 200 Watt Power Supply be enough for the 250 Watts needed for the Graphics Card above?

The first couple reviews (here http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-256-P1- [...] dFiveStar) state it works fine on their Dimension 2400 , though the 2400 comes with a 200 or 250 Watt Supply.

I put my service tag in Dell's website and they give me Graphics Cards with up to 300 Watt power supplies (this one http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna [...] isid=8219) that are compatible.

I also read (here http://www.roberthancock.com/dell/other.htm ) that Dell's with a P4 processor have to have a 250 Watt Power Supply , I have a P4 and only a 200 Watt supply.Is this true ?

They also say that the Dell power supplies can go beyond what they say in writing.Is this true ?

That's PCI-E , I need PCI.

No worries , yeah I'll just go and pick that one up from Tiger Direct it only $50.00 if it works it works.

I just have been told different things , it will work it won't work , I need a new power supply , the power supply I have will work ect........
