it is safely when i set "quality" in NVIDIA control panel for the new games like a fear2,cod5,or anything new games??

define your question a bit better?

and yes, you can do "quality" settings on those games through a VGA connection, i've been doing the same with mine (well, a DVI-VGA adapter for my VGA LCD TV.)
