Changing window text size (not appearance tab or DPI)

Howdy guys. I just purchased an HDTV for use as my primary monitor. The TV was 32 inches so i had to fiddle with both DPI settings and the appearance tab to make the text appear readable from a distance.

My problem is that i cant find a way to change the text inside those gray boxes. For example no matter what
