What does status mean on computer?

Hello,
Anyone know what the pop up status means on the desktop? It says file cannot be found insert original disc. Have not a clue what it is saying to me!!!
Please someone help me make it go away!!

When does this happen? At Startup, When you are using a particular APP ?

Any errors in the event viewer (Ctl panel, ADMIN Tools, Event Viewer)
