I replaced my old 350w PSU (Codegen I believe) with a SAGA 400w.
Now the PSU fan would often come on loudly for relatively long periods, then it goes quiet - still running, but at lower speed. My old PSU fan used to run quiet all the time. Should I be concerned?

Here's the sensor readouts when idling:
Motherboard 44 °C (111 °F)
CPU 39 °C (102 °F)
Aux 47 °C (117 °F)
Seagate ST3160215A 41 °C (106 °F)

When CPU usage is 100%:
Motherboard 45 °C (113 °F)
CPU 58 °C (133 °F)
Aux 49 °C (120 °F)
Seagate ST3160215A 41 °C (106 °F)

System info:
CPU Type Intel Celeron D 341, 2933 MHz (22 x 133)
Motherboard Name Foxconn 865G7MF/865GV7MF/865PE7MF
Motherboard Chipset Intel Springdale-G i865G

There's no case fan, only CPU and PSU fans.

No. The new one has a built in thermostat to control fan speed. I prefer the manual controlled ps fans, but they're getting scarce.

And some PSU's are simply more noisy than others.
