well i say custom, i really just got cheap and redid my old case. enjoy.

i also have a question. if i have an OEM version of Vista Home Premium can i put it on multiple computers?

Hah, that's funny. Anyway you can only install Vista on one computer per key. While you can use the same CD you need to purchase additional License Keys, and if you look online they usually come in a 5 pack on up.

thought i would increase airflow with 4 120mm, its too bad the CPU will only be able to OC to 3.0Ghz i bet this would do really well with a PII 940 and a big HSF

Yeah. Microsoft would really rather have you buy a CD for each PC. Some vendors sell license pacs of like 5 or so, and that's why many small PC builders can provide the customer with a legal install of Vista and the product key on the side, but no installation media. Well your wood case is cool. Yeah I'm sure that system would do good with a Phenom II and a good heatsink with a good copper base. Let us know when it's all put together.

I was considering doing something very similar with some sheets of stainless steel, but it's such a waste of good metal.... Not to mention my case would gain 20lbs lol
