Ok I have a core i7 920 d0, in BIOS at hardware monitor it says 30-35 C in temperature, if I overclock it and raise voltage it can show up to 45 C(1.3 cpu voltage and QPI voltage), but right now it shows less than 40 C as I have lowered the voltage. I am wondering, are these bad temps :??: ? I am using a asus rampage ii extreme with a Thermalright Ultra-120 extreme as cpu cooler

Your temperatures are good. If you are really concerned with temperatures, set the thermal alarm on your motherboard. I am running Core2 chips (Q9950 and Q6600) in Gigabyte motherboards and I have the alarms set to 70 C.

Those are good temps. I would suggest running Prime95 on your computer though. That program will stress your CPU and you'll see what temperature it's running under load.
IMO, as long as the temperature under load is under 65C or so it's pretty good.
