RAM Latency changed automatically

I have 2x2GB Corsair XMS2 PC26400 RAMs running n Dual channel mode. At default clock of the processor, they run at 5:5:5:18 @ 400MHz(1:2)
When Processor is Overclocked, it changed to 4:3:3:18 @ 220MHz(1:1). Is it normal and o.k ?

I wouldn't say it's normal since you are running 800Mhz ram at 440Mhz. You need to set the correct timings and voltage in your bios. Set the correct RAM multiplier.
@festerovic: Yeah... memtest runs fine... ran it for about 10hrs... It is an nVidia chipset mobo..
