Will OCZ's AMD Edition RAM work with an Intel CPU and motherboard?

I can't see *any* difference between these two products. Same speed, same timings, same voltage, both DDR3, DIMM 240-pin...

Could I damage my intel system by running the AMD Edition RAM on it? Would it not work as well? I can't find any info in this. Thanks for your help!
