My pc wont turn on.

Hello,
all of a sudden my pc wont start up properly. it gives me some options:
safe mode
safe mode and command prom
run normally
run it the way it worked last time(something like that)

whatever option i go for it just loads for a bit then goes back to the same page..

Does anyone know a way to fix the problem?? or is the only option to reformat my pc?

PC won't turn on and not loading Windows are two different things.

Issues like this tend to point to a hard-drive that's going bad, not always, but you'd be better off treating this as an issue with the drive. Get a new drive, load Windows on that. Use the original drive to copy your files over, if it's seen normally.

While re-loading Windows on the same drive can "fix" this, it will not fix any issues on the drive just mask them.

I think the best thing to do is work with the Recovery console.
First try something simple:
You could try a chkdsk/f command in recovery console by booting your Windows cd.

This might be helpful, but it's tricky if you don't know more cmd.
U can try bootcfg, fixboot but only if you know what you are doing!
