Why such low peformance??

asus pskpl-am mobo

asus engt220 1gb ddr3

2gb ram....

i now playing COD MW1 and 2...i can only play this 2 games on lowest spec to let the game smoother, although not smooth...onli can get 20-30 fps on lowest spec...

Is this normal??

Looks right to me. Low end dual core, 2GBs of ram, with a junk video card. If you had a C2D based CPU with the GT240 then you'd be better off. But a P4 with the GT220, games are going to suck.

Dual core and HTPC graphic card isn't going to take you anywhere, buddy...
Get yourself a gaming card, even low end like GT240 or HD5670 will do the job just fine.

That's normal, your specs are not high end..
An upgrade might be necessary if you want to game with better fps and settings..

Yes normal to me.

You can oc your proc and experience a bit smooth game play. But mostly its your GPU that's holding you back. COD MW1 should be better in low reso than MW2. MW2 is resource heavy.

What is your notebook resolution?

erh...now my problem sloved...my desktop's problem is i didnt placed tightly the CPU cooler, and cause overhaet...and....FPS dropped....

and..now i think i facing network prblem summore, can network problem (such as ping is over 300 ) can cause FPS drop??

Yes, network problem (high ping) can cause fps drop (lags)...
Make sure all cables are properly attached and you can try re-apply the thermal paste for your CPU...
