New Comp i7 build $1200 budget

I was wondering what parts i should have on a budget of $1200 including a fairly decent monitor.

This rig is ready to over clock not to mention that cpu fan comes with MX-2 compound. If you had a few more dollars I could make that budget w/o rebates.

Wow, thats a great build. I know that you can find the i7-920 at microcenter.com for 229 and i was leaning towards getting a cooler master cosmos 1000. I can get the OS from a friend for free and considering one of those new Acer 23" 1920 x 1080 screens with hdmi cable. Also i heard that newegg has a 4870 1GB for around the same price as your listed 4870 512mb

For the price I prefer the Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM at $109.99 if you are only going to have one hard drive - you might as well get the full TB since it is cost effective.
