Hi all hope u are fine
I was just browisng the web and found that 9.5 betas are out

It seems they are only drivers no CCC and u have to install them from Device manager:

Vista x86/x64

(How to update from Device manager:Go to Device Manger, click on your video card then click on:
-Update Driver button
-Install from a list specific location
-Don't search. I will choose the driver (not "Include this location in search" option)
-Have Disk
-locate the driver folder
and it should work.)
