Well for that setup, even a 550W would be suffice...
But if you have SLI in mind, then the 850W would make sense...
I would suggest you to go for brands like Corsair, PC&P, Seasonic, Silverstone rather than the Zalman...
Get the Corsair 750TX or the 850TX...they are currently the top rated PSUs...

You'll want to make sure to get the SLI version of that motherboard if you think you'll ever want the option of adding another GPU. Not all X58 motherboards support SLI.

Do you really need the sound card? The onboard sound on the new boards is very good. I would give it a try. You can always add a sound card later if you feel like you need to.

I would step up to a 640GB drive. The 640GB drives are faster than the 500GB drives due to higher data density.

Well just a thought about the motherboard...
Get this mobo and skip the sound card...
U will get a higher quality mobo with advanced features, and this mobo comes with a very good sound card bundled...
It also supports both SLI ans crossfire...

Yes I noticed that, but for now i will stick with the non sli because the other board only supports 2000+ memory. Little to pricey for me.

Well you have it completely wrong about the memory support...
The 2000+ means that it can support upto that memory speed...and not only that speed...

But see even my suggestion of the motherboard...it has many nice features with a very good sound card on board and is just $50 more...

There is absolutley nothing wrong with that Zalman PSU. The only gripe I had with mine, was the LED's on the fan are as bright as the sun. It can easily handle an SLI setup, but I'd still go with ATI, and X-Fire (2x4870's are still better).
