Are your question how much RAM it is possible to use in the actual motherboard or in Windows XP? For the hardware you would have to know the exact motherboard type and check with the specifications from the manufacturer. As for Windows XP it is pointless to supply it would more than 3 GB of RAM (due to 32 bit architecture), but XP generally needs much less.
