I'm building a new box, have it all together and I have a overheat/shutdown issue. I've checked HW monitor and the CPU is running at 95, I have a heatsink/fan on the processor, same on the chipset, front and back 120mm case fans and a large case fan built into a side panel. I also have plenty of space for airflow so it's not an overcrowding issue. For the life of me I can't figure out what's causing this incredibly high temp, for that matter I'm not sure what other steps I can take to correct this shy of adding a water cooling system. Advice? Thanks

See if you left a plastic cover over the thermal pad, or if one of the 4 corners of the heatsink isn't locked in.
