P4/locked bios..

hello- we looked for some answers here to our questions and couldn't find anything. so, can anybody tell me how i can go in the back of a locked oem bios and bump the fsb and clock a p4 prescott a little bit. i have a new combo ready to install that will be clockable, but i would like to play with this a bit first. i know there is a way to do this and this online tech service i've been talking to will not reveal the procedure, stating liability issues. can anybody help?..much appreciated, and thanks in advance.
